Mid-Peninsula Mixed-Use Development
New multi-story pre-cast concrete mixed-use
LEED Silver certified multi-story, Class A office suites, ground-floor retail and restaurants constructed on the site of a former liquor store. A 2-story parking structure spanning 96,000 sq. ft utilized pre-cast concrete support beams. An extensive phasing schedule was required for continuous construction surrounding an existing building with open and operating businesses. The corner plaza features a 20’ fountain, raised planters, public seating, 3,300 sq. ft. of Porphyry paving stones and colored concrete completed this award-winning redevelopment project recognized for its thoughtfully designed renovation.
