The former Mervyn’s building was demised into three separate spaces to accommodate the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant, Forever 21 clothing and a third retail space to be used by H&M clothing. Sitework involved the relocation of a bus stop, arterial grading and paving, concrete, guard rails and new landscaping. The final phase consisted of a complete facade upgrade with core and shell improvements, including the installation of two new elevators.
