Scope included installation of new carpet to cover 80% of the space, as well as a catering room, break rooms, kitchen, millwork refinishing, added wood base, four new offices, ceiling repairs and MEP upgrades. In addition, the multimedia room incorporated an all-new AV wall with integrated projection screens and equipment.
