Bay Street Grocery

This project required constructing a precast concrete retail shell from the ground up for a new tenant space located on a nearly two-acre site in the Bay Street Emeryville shopping center. The new 40,635 square foot anchor building provides easy access to the rooftop parking lot. Tokyo Central offers premium imported Japanese goods, made-to-order and ready-to-go food trays, and specialty food and lifestyle items. Bay Street’s freshly redesigned space will offer residents and visitors a unique cultural shopping experience.
