Ground-up construction of a brand new warehouse and gas station
Redding, CA
840,000 sq. ft. of sitework to accommodate a new layout involving the construction of vanilla shell masonry/wood framed buildings. Scope included assorted sitework, hardscape, and landscaping. Some of the existing buildings were demolished and some refaced with new exterior paint, updated tower structures, parapets and storefronts.
