Complete demolition of a first floor tenant space and roof tear off to accommodate a new Comcast facility; complete with all-new offices, tech and training rooms, warehouse space, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Scope also included sitework modifications for service vehicles and employees parking. Provisions and cosmetic improvements are included for a future currently unoccupied 20,000 sq.ft. second floor tenant space.
