Retail429 acres of former Fort Ord Army base was redeveloped into a housing, retail and entertainment area. The retail center included 158,000 sq. ft. of shell space, 30 acres of sitework and complete turn-key interior packages for REI, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond and Michaels. In addition, pad-ready sites were delivered for a future Kohls and Target. A ground-up Target was completed under a separate contract.
