East Bay Bridge Center

Multi-faceted project with suite demising, façade upgrades and related sitework. Two vacant suites were re-demised for future tenants: Nordstrom Rack and Ulta. The exterior was updated with new ACM entry portals, canopies, concrete flatwork and landscaping. City sidewalks and driveways along the property were replaced as well; all while half of the shopping center remained open for business.
