Tenant improvement for a leading sports retailer featuring a putting green, golf driving nets, hitting bays and club fitting areas, as well as a surplus of sporting apparel and tennis equipment. The scope of work included drywall and metal studs, acoustical ceilings with second-look tiles, VCT, carpet, specialty flooring (turf, sports flooring), painting, wall covering, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC distribution modification, and complete electrical and fire alarm system.
