Ground-up construction of a new specialty clinic situated on a .39 acre lot behind the main clinic near El Camino and Wells within a “pedestrian friendly” section of Palo Alto. An MRI Breast Imaging Center with five mammography rooms for both screening and diagnostic mammography, two ultrasound rooms and one stereotactic biopsy room. Two specialized primary care services including the Encina Practice for internal medicine and a personalized Executive Health Program are located on the third floor. A two-story, 36,057 sq. ft. subterranean parking structure is available and reserved for patient use. A team of design-build subs assisted with the MEPs.
