Renovations to a 16-acre shopping center featuring a new ground-up 104,000 sq. ft. Safeway with mezzanine built on the site of two former retail buildings. Project scope included an above-ground parking structure, full turn-key tenant improvement, and construction of an additional two-story, 12,428 sq. ft. retail/office building; complete with a rooftop public garden for the use and enjoyment of the community.
