Multi-level TI serving as the global HQ for a leading technology company
This was an intricate CALGreen Tier II space within the last approved office project included in the New Urbanism movement in downtown Palo Alto. SurveyMonkey Inc. moved its world headquarters to the newly constructed four-story development at 101 Lytton; occupying three of its four floors with alluring improvements throughout to provide areas for group collaboration, private meetings and recreation. A ‘floating’ conference room, accessible roof-top lounge with 360⁰ Bay Area views and unique high-end finishes such as acoustical ceilings designed to improve sound quality; creative use of reclaimed wood as flooring; soft seating and carpet accents matching the corporate color pattern; solar and blackout shades; ‘mother’s’ rooms; bike storage lockers; and shower facilities—all contribute to and promote a healthier lifestyle for employees. The multi-story campus offers state-of-the-art subterranean parking and pedestrian friendly, ground-floor retail services with easy access to the Caltrain passenger rail corridor, highways 101 and 280.
