Ground-up construction of a new retail center with seven shell buildings highly visible from the freeway and adjacent to a 325-home residential development. The 80,000 sq. ft. shopping center is located within the master-planned community of Sycamore Hills. Each of the shells range in size from 3,500 to 30,000 sq. ft., fully equipped with HVAC rooftops units, an electrical switchboard, exterior lights, pylon signage, trash enclosures and plumbing stubbed in, as well as associated on-site wet and dry utilities, civil and grading, hardscape, landscape and amenities on a 10-acre site. The two main anchors, Buildings A and B, feature tenants Whole Foods 365 and CVS. The build-out of Building B/CVS included a turn-key tenant improvement; complete with a pharmacy, security, restrooms, coolers & freezers, trash compactor, vertical lift conveyor unit, cabeling and millwork.
