Demolition of the roof and flooring on a 6,888 sq.ft. gymnasium and renovated with all new materials. The scope included new sports equipment, an electrical panel replacement and upgrade, new ventilation, an evaporative cooling system and fresh paint throughout. The skylights and open air system located in the lobby were replaced as well.
