An ERG is an Employee Resource Group.
ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The groups exist to provide support and the opportunity to connect around a shared interest or identity. They aim to create a safe space where team members can bring their whole selves to the workplace.
The Diversity & Inclusion Group (DIG) is an ERG focused on diversity, equity and inclusion.
The Diversity & Inclusion Group’s (DIG) mission is to make sure all WLB Team Members feel they have equal opportunity to impact every level of the workplace, ability to grow, and can feel safe bringing their full, unique self to work. DIG provides training and education to increase awareness and acceptance.
Women In Construction (WIC) is an ERG focused on supporting women working in the construction industry.
The W. L. Butler WIC mission is to empower women by enhancing and developing their careers in construction. WIC provides opportunities for women in construction to connect with and support one another, and to participate in programs which contribute to their personal and professional development.
